Spring Fair Online Auction

Check out the RH McGregor Spring Fair Online Auction, which has around $10,000.00 worth of items donated by our school community and surrounding businesses.

How do I bid?

An account is needed to bid so we can identify and communicate with bidders during and after the auction.
 

If you don't have an account, click on "Create an Account," which can be found in the yellow banner at the top of the page, and fill in the form. You should next receive a confirmation email from 32auctions (noreply@32auctions.com) —check your spam or junk email folder.
 

When can I bid?

The auction will go live on Friday, June 2 at 9am and closes on Wednesday, June 14, at 9pm.  

 

How does bidding work?
When you click on an item, you'll see its value along with a minimum bid and minimum bid increment. By bidding on an item, you're agreeing to pay your bid amount for it. For example, if an item has a minimum bid of $20 and a minimum bid increment of $1, the first person must bid at least $20. After that, each person must bid at least $1 more than the last bid. On June 14 at 9pm, the person with the highest bid wins! They will pay the amount of the highest bid and receive the item.
 

You should receive a confirmation email when you submit a bid which lets you know if you are the leading bidder (please check your spam or junk email folder).
 

Will I be notified when someone outbids me?
Yes, you will receive an email when you are outbid. If someone outbids you, you can enter another bid (and continue entering bids) until 9pm on June 14.
 

How do I know if I'm the winning bidder?
All winning bidders will receive a notification email from 32auction after the auction closes. A Spring Fair Committee member will also reach out with payment and pick-up details. You can also log in to your account and click "Account" and “My Items Won.”

 

I like the looks of that ukelele but I want to see it in person?

No problem! All physical items will be on display at the Spring Fair on Saturday, June 10, 2022.

 

How do I pay for my item?
You do not pay for your items through the auction website. The winner of each item will be contacted by a Spring Fair Committee member with email money transfer (EMT) or cash payment options. EMT payments must be received by Friday, June 16, or cash payment can be made when picking up the physical items.
 

How do I collect my item?
If the item is digital, it will be emailed to you after payment is received. If the item is physical, pick up will be at the school (555 Mortimer Ave.) on Monday, June 19, between 2:30 and 4:30 pm or limited alternative arrangements can be made.  Some physical items can be picked up directly from the vendor - just check out the description.
